Just a guess (I've never seen an N950 in real life):
On the N900 copying the folder /usr/share/X11/xkb from Maemo into the image fixes the keyboard in Easy Debian. Maybe that works on the N950 too.

What does "i can t run it" mean? Any Error messages popping up?
What outputs do you see if you start it from a terminal?

Your package cache is outdated. Run apt-get update and try again!

btw: Please remove debian-multimedia from your sources.list, unless you're ok to potentially receive "updates" from a ukranian motorcycle club.

I removed the panel of LXDE by mistake and now it is never shown in the three apps (LXDE opVKB, LXDE noVKB and Debian LXDE), how to restore it?
Second question: When I try to install an app through Synaptic I get a page where there is no (apply) button (as shown in the attached image) and it seems that it is related to the size of the page because when minimizing to the multitasks it shows the (apply) and (cancel) buttons.
Edit: Restored the panel but the second question is still out of solution.

to answer #1 - complete removal and re-installation of easy deb would be the easy way.
to answer #2 - not sure of that one ...I think asking qole, sulu or any of the other alt. os guru's would net you an answer and working solution.

Thanks for advice but isn't it this thread where one can ask about easy debian issues or there is another way to ask? I don't know how to contact with developers directly and believe the normal way is to ask in their threads and they will see and answer.
