I installed the stand alone version of USBControl, but now I can't connect my N800 to my PC. What did I do wrong? What mode does it need to be in? WinXP keeps giving me errors of device not reconized no matter what mode. Thanks for the help.

Update: I selected OTG mode and rebooted. My N800 was recognized just fine. Is this normal operation?

man, nobody has any advice. can any one tell me if I should have to reboot for changes in uscontrol to take effect? thanks

hi nono man

i had this similar problem

listen after install the usb control

if u want to connect ur N800 to the PC,you should go to the usb control and select the OTG mode (on the left side)

yes and u can see the original os2008 usb icon and contact to pc again (everytime u go to there and select an usb position (OTG,HOST,....) it will be defult on ur device)

so if u want to contact it to ur pc it always be on OTG mode

simple

and for other devices like flash drivers,cool disks,HDD....try otg and host and other parts
