    Hi,

Jolla's customer service replaced one of my phones for new device (instead of repair)

    Thanks,
    Rigoberto.

The phone is not "sold" but is "to sell" (not speaking italian/spanish/portugese). But the rest is quite okay

Yeah, and I assume it's "one piece", not "one part".
You need to treat auto translation tools as pre-processing and apply some brains afterwards.

Being actually a native speaker, and keeping in mind that the OP might be mexican (which may have some subtle consequences), my understanding of the title is that he wants to sell a "piece", i.e. a part, of a Jolla phone. Could be the battery, the display, or a piece of broken plastic

Admittedly my spanish, together with a few other languages, are getting actually worse every day but put it this way: I would not sign a contract based on the thread title

I understood that the OP wants to sell the full Jolla phone, wihch is apparently almost new (or barely used). I'm a native speaker too, but as you say the Mexican way of saying some things can be a bit weird.

However, the fact that the OP is quite new to the forum, that there are no pictures and any further discussion needs to happen by PM makes the whole deal smell a little bit.
