Well, I had also tohkbd running (for the first TOHKBD version).
Using "pkcon remove tohkbd" seem to solve the problem.
Uninstalled TOHKBD2 from icon and removed and reattached TOHKBD2, installation was then launched and the biggest problems are gone. Now only minor backlight problems that can be solved later, when the developers are not anymore in a big hurry.

Thanks to kimmoli for "debugging info"

    What kind of problems?
(If the backlight is not even, that is by design)

    Got mine today! 23.06.2015

    Berlin / Germany
Black / Black / Carbon Black / QWERTY Cyrillic

It was sent with PostNL, Delivery was made by www.postcon.de in Germany, so there was no problem with German Post / DHL, which strike this time in Germany, it's another Service, which is not Deutsche Post / DHL !!!

Thanks a lot to the Dirkvl, kimmoli, wazd !

This is not by design. Must be contact or something, sometimes a,s, z, x are lit when pressing, sometimes not.

    i, p, s and k need quite a lot force.

@Heik: I don' have that issue, personally. And I do have the same colour combination as you. So it's not by design.

    General question to Dirk:-

I understand that weekends are your only time to actually post the keyboards, the rest of your week being tied up with work and assembly.

The orders sheet is a very long list. How many keyboards do you post on the weekends? And are local (Holland, EU) deliveries prioritized first?

    Cheers
