I am trying to update in app manager. couple of things does not work.

1. Missing libglade 2-0(=1:2.4.0-losso2) to update libglade 2-0(1:2.6.2-1indt1) ?

2. missing libart-2.0-2 (>=2.3.16)

3. operating system missing same as 1 - 2

4. Trouble installing gnumeric. Any pre requisites?

Any simple thing I am missing.

Thanks

Simon

its weird , but when i ran the canola tuning tool , for some reason it solved all my dependency probs with a few various things regarding gnumeric and xournal that made them say unable to install but they actually did , worked correctly (afaik) , but appeared broken in the app manager. you might give it a go and see what happens

Did not find the tunning tools and cannot resolve the issue

Any other ideas?

I saw the gnumeric work even if it said cannot install!!!

But I still cannot update the OS because of missing files.

You should enter Red Pill mode (Application Manager > Tools > Application Catalog > New (Catalog) > (change the web address from http:// to) matrix > Cancel > Red Pill.

Then manually install them that way. To exit, use the Blue Pill from the above workflow to get out of Red Pill mode... perhaps that way you can install those two libs you're missing.

Do you by chance have Xournal installed? There are various posts about the conflicts between the two.
