I don't think it is a charger issue. Luckily after 4 full discharge/charge cycles the displayed percentage stays at 100% after disconnecting and the battery restistance test passes now.
I think the battery was exhaustively discharged during/before shipping. Not sure if it is now permanently damaged...
You could open a case to Jolla's helpdesk, and ask if they want to do warranty work or do they want to follow. If you now open a case and even if they select to follow the situation, you can more easily refer to possible manufacturing issue if there is later issues relating battery or power. In other words creating a "paper" trail.
After some thinking I don't think that is the second wave. It is more plausible some of the invited people from the first wave didn't complete their orders and now Jolla has released the reservations of those tablets and offered the tablets to the people next in line.
I got my tablet on friday 9.10. @ 12.45. So dhl was pretty fast.
Can you show link to your profile on indiegogo? I'm trying to calculate how many tablets send. Download history of backing, got approximate list of backers in chronological order, according to IGG site.

Seriously. They haven't even shipped to all top 20 yet? REFUND Please!
Your posts are getting really repetitive.
On a related note, here's a shipping schedule that claims to be official. Since I pledged for the $189 option (not sure what number I was and I don't really care), I should be getting an invite soon, in November. Or maybe December, or another month - who cares. It's not like it makes a big difference if I get it this month or another - if I needed a tablet, I would have bought one, not contributed to a crowdfunding campaign.
I'll update my apps for i486 once I get it, but that's pretty much the only thing that I'd like to do sooner than later and it can wait too.
EDIT: To NokiaN9KickYourAss - refund for what? Do you know how crowdfunding works, or did you at least read Indiegogo rules prior to contributing? You didn't buy anything, you donated to a crowdfunding campaign. It's like walking up to a charity and demanding a refund on the contribution you made a year ago. If Jolla decides to give the money back to unsatisfied donors, then it's only up to their good will.
I think this is a crowedfunding card...you have no rights is silly. Doing it right is not the same thing as doing the right thing. I would excpect jolla to act by now. I dont demand cancellation however I would never held it against anyone if the do. I would rather see jolla cover tax or doing something else for the backers.

I care, My old android tablet died some months ago. Each month it seems am I told we are shipping "soon" - each month, soon it s not this month, soon is going to be next month. soon Wow they have actually stated shipping !!! no not really its just a handful. Im number 2296 (I think) and now it looks like its not a question of are they going to ship next month, but will it in fact be some time next year?
Dont get me wrong I love my Jolla phone, but serious with out a "believable" time frame what do I do?
"soon" is NOT a believable timeframe
Christmas is coming, there are some great deals on tablets do I just keep on waiting and waiting, when I feel I am being lied to. Some of my friends are actually starting to question if we will ever get a Tablet!
Is is not easier for me just to say - "f*** it" go out and buy a new tablet this weekend, and then just put the jolla on ebay when ...or if it arrives?

Actually, if you need a tablet for a specific purpose, this is EXACTLY what you should do. In fact, you probably should never have contributed to this campaign in the first place.
-- There is no guarantee when (or if) the tablet will ever arrive (as we are seeing). This is true of any crowdfunding campaign.
-- This is a unique, low-volume device provided by a company with a limited record of hardware design. Quality of the device is _not_ assured.
-- Sailfish is a mobile OS just now getting off the ground. Apps are limited, bugs are likely.
This is really a device meant for people comfortable with dealing with bleeding-edge technology, and the problems that come along with it...
