It's a N9 proto device with JTAG connector instead of sim card (ultra rare B2.1 Wing device).

You know what are the differences btw both? You want to connect your rs232 cable to a pc for what? Can you explain me in details please? What application you will use on your pc? Flasher? nb. as i know the jtag connector need to be connected to a device before the pc. For exemple: http://www2.lauterbach.com/pdf/trace_arm_etm.pdf How this hardware works? It's complicated.
