Honestly I am not sure anymore. If they were worrying about credibility, they would issue a refund to people who sent mail to them (long time ago) for money refund, but as I am not surprised, we are still waiting for them to do it...

What Jolla did was a scam. They created campaign about tablet, and they've spent money on OS development - DELIBERATELY, so they can strike a deal with OEM with licensing the OS...

Apparently not if you followed this thread. The upcoming compensation has nothing todo with jolla tablet since it was a gift apparently. So yeah, the Intex tablet would be free

It would start a tsunami of refund request if they offer one without having an alternative solution. Yes basically they take us hostage until they come up with a solution that hurts them less.
