What model is it? D820 or D821?

What are the acceptable payment methods?

    Where does it ship from?

If it is the North American model what is it doing in Europe?: Was it blacklisted in North America (lost, then found by someone else? stolen?) and so had to be exported?

    Do you accept SEPA payment?

Your phone is the 820 US model which doesn't support three LTE bands used in Europe (only one after some "hacking")
I think you should mention this to potential buyers in Europe.

The big Telcos in Germany (Telekom, Telefonica-O2/Eplus and Vodafone) use all of those three bands:

Band 7 has the highest Bandwith and Band 20 covers the long range outside the cities as it has only 800 Mhz base frequency.

Jolla supports all of this three bands:

I think the issue is the lack of disclosure when you initially posted the advertisement. Some people might not be aware that there are two versions and thus may purchase and then be surprised and/or disappointed when some expected functionality is not available.

This community has strength in trust. Trust comes from transparency (among many other things). Disclosure ideally should be complete, accurate, and offered from the initial day of the posting.
