1. Things which equal the same thing also equal one another.

2. If equals are added to equals, then the wholes are equal.

3. If equals are subtracted from equals, then the remainders are equal.

The factory is clearing whatever Jolla has not paid for in that original contract. They built it to Jolla's specs but never got paid for them all. If Jolla paid for those tablets, then we'd probably not have this discussion.

"I'm not defending their actions." <defends their actions>
If what I'm doing is considered defending the factory's actions, then so be it. But the problem is this. Jolla entered into a contract. Jolla couldn't pay for their contract in full. Jolla broke the contact. By your reasoning, it seems as if the best plan would be to continue to wait for money that would never come. This is way past NET120.

I can sort of understand why they'd offer them for sale when it looked like Jolla was going bankrupt, but there's no good reason not to withdraw them when they recovered. What they're trying to do is maximize their return by selling the tablets to *you again*. That's why they have Jolla branding all over them, to get you to buy them.
Um, Jolla took our money and didn't pay for the factory built tablets. The factory never got paid. Just like Lastucase never got paid. Nobody is getting paid twice. The factory and Lastucase both want to get paid for products manufactured and services rendered for the first time.

That's the part I think you're missing. The factory never got paid due to the broken contract.

We don't know who has been paid and who hasn't since Jolla got rescued from bankruptcy. You're mixing up the situatikns before and after that event. When the new money came in, Jolla would have the difficult and probably not free decision of where it was going to go. Clearly some money has gone to the factory, or there wouldn't be 540 more tablets. What we don't know is why there are still tablets on taobao, when Jolla are having to force people to take refunds, when their tablets are being sold elsewhere reflashed to android, and why those tablets can be sent to finland to be reflashed to Sailfish !

If the factory had been paid, we'd get the tablets.

Please wait until accepting this as truth.
It is still a weak rumor propably based on taobao sellers spinning stories from wrong information.

that's why you should ask Jolla where those money go.
I'm pretty sure factory did not sell only 540 tablets (as it would be more expensive, in those kind of businesses the quantity is the key and no one produces in that small quantity)
In all your posts you are assuming that Jolla wanted to buy tablets from factory and in fact maybe they did not even try or contacted them.
Find out if they did and tried before you blaming everything around except Jolla not paying factory for the product. (maybe those 540 is just covered by upfront money Jolla already paid them btw)

I doubt the original 121 had been paid for when bankrupcy hit in November.
