Our Jolla Tablet project is approaching closure, and we are working hard to get the last batch of tablets shipped and the refund process started for you Indiegogo backers.

The plain text differs, it just says: "You will receive another email soon with instructions on what you need to do". Which makes the whole thing more vague.

I would not be so sure as I have received that email while I have received two days ago the tablet.
So I guess that this message is sent to all IGG contributors and not only those not receiving the tablet
