But NONE of them gives THE SAME LINUX COMPUTER FEELING like N900

I just tried uname - a and - o on an old nexus phone. Stock kernel. No root. Used terminal emulator and a version of busybox for unrooted phones by burrows apps. Again, it showed GNU/linux. Using no option or - s gave Linux.

E72, N900 (2), N9, Note 1, Note 2, Note 3, Note Edge, Jolla (when in Europe)

I was wondering. As I recall, there was a version or busybox you could install on the N900. If you havn't installed it give it a try and then see what uname - a gives.

Actually, the N900 already comes with busybox, although I think there is an updated version available.

I thing a Nexus device would be a good move for people who're still using the N900 nowdays. The fingerterm keyboard layout on SFOS is not bad at all. There's Debian chroot and mutlirom if you need to change to another OS for a moment.

frankly nothing is as satisfying as a n900 but morden mode of comms like fb wa are boched i was hoping to replace it completely but no i cant
its a serious play device still thrills and surprises me
i can even compile on it belive it or not i still got a lot to learn on this underpowerd linux device

finally getting a cheapest sweakey android that can run messenger wa and alikes just for convinence sake so i can experiment learn and play more with it
