Passport is so far the best current BB device in my view, way better than the Priv.

And for intex twitter, indeed it must be full of complaints. And they have so many devices, with just 1 account for everything...

because the costs are too high. How much will Jolla earn with the Intex Phone? i think only minimal. Jolla lose a lot of money if the devices have 2 years warranty. Fast shipping via FedEx is not cheap, nor the hourly wage of a technician.
