Here is the apk link: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/nianti...-apk-download/

    Install result (img attached).

    Any clue ?

    UPDATE 1:

Ok I've enabled alien dalvik logs (https://together.jolla.com/question/...where-to-find/) and the problem seems to be related to SDK version:

    Code:
    07-06 14:20:13.514 13620 13620 W PackageParser: /data/app/incoming/com.nianticlabs.pokemongo.apk (at Binary XML file line #60): Requires newer sdk version #19 (current version is #16)
    UPDATE 2:

I managed to install it by changing sdk version in /opt/alien/system/build.prop and /system/build.prop. Testing ...

It fails to launch (as expected)

    UPDATE 3:

So I do not have a lot of time to test, but there are some nice developments in this threads, direct link (reading the whole thread will be better):

    https://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?...3&postcount=64
    https://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?...0&postcount=74
    https://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?...5&postcount=85

Basically read everything from post ~#64 to ~#85, other posts are just about politics/zombies/mass control/ape ****... (in few words OT)

it requires minimal android 4.4, we have 4.1 on Jolla1, so buy JollaC or JollaTablet to play this on sfos

I don't read very often TMO, TJC or news about Jolla and Sailfish.

I got the post saying that's because of the kernel version. What is the problem about a kernel upgrade ?

you should ask in TJC peoples working in Jolla and responsible for aliendalvik. There are no experts in this forum, or they are very rare.
