I just upgraded to the 2008 beta - So far everythings just peachy. I've checked some reviews, forums, etc - I can't tell any difference between my hardware and all the others. Anyone want me to try something on it?

Does everyone else's n800 camera suck? Mine's picture is so orange it's a joke,

    Bug

Hmmm... so apparently hw-build 1302 doesn't fix that.

But the tint should be correctable through software, if there was any. It does much better in daylight, so it appears to be a white-balance issue.

Mine doesn't show much orange. When light gets dim, a sea of noise overwhelms a reasonably color-correct image. The color balance seems fine.
But, yes, the only people earning photography awards with N800s are entering in the abstract art category. It's for video-chat, and not much more.

(Bought second-hand on January 12, on US eBay from a guy who said he hadn't had it long; numbers seem to show, as I thought, that indeed he was telling the truth!)
