It seems the actual version of Stardict ported to Maemo (2.4.8) doesn't support babylon converted files. Is it true?

Well, if not, I second witeum's ask: any chance to port 3.0 or above Stardict?

(PS: if I convert the dictionaries via Desktop Linux, then I could use it in .dic format on my N800, right?)

I'll check it in a few days. If everything goes well with old patches I'll upload files on maemo garage and leave here a message.
