I was just wondering. While it is debatable which is the greatest designed phone ever created (combining form and function, my vote would be on the n900) but, as fas as aesthetics goes, I've never seen a more beautiful phone than the N950. Do folks feel this way here. And who sculpted this design anyways. Is this designer famous (at least in phone design circles). This person should be given some kind of award for designing the N950! I hope he/she has the opportunity to design a follow up!

Never had it but why Nokia will reenter in the market, why not release the Lauta. Its finished in design and OS (Meego) i think. They have only to produce. Maybe make fusion with sailfish OS

You should also already know that business plan of the Nokia mobile device-division is not, and has not been in the past decade or so, to make good business decisions

How could you tell it is a Pre-Beta if it is of black color, not silver?

The software with which I got the phone is Pre-Beta 1 (V 1.2011.15-7_PR_RM680 Nxx). I haven't reflashed it.
I have never taken it apart. I don't have any Torx 4 screwdriver here to open it and check the sticker. If I manage to find one, I'll let you know.
