I do not recommend sharing your IMEI as Nokia will reveal who you are and theoretically may sue you for selling the prototype.
You should better share the photo of sticker under the battery with last number blurred or censored (see my example above) - that will make it harder to uncover your identity.

I don't get why anybody would request a person to publicly display their serial numbers and whatnot publicly and you've not done the same yourself for the most part.

If you're genuinely curious, purchase it. Then you'd know.

I think its because he wants to report its sale to Nokia so they can recall it!

Yeah. It just stinks to me alongside that constant, unwanted "only for devs" rhetoric.

Well, I was just kidding. I think that anyone that buys one will likely be a dev or someone that is a collector and will take good care of it. I do cringe when I read about someone having to replace the screen because they dropped it. This device should be treated like a priceless relic of halcyon days. Of what things could have been...

Yes yes but there is nothing to do with being a dev. We all treat it like a relic but not all of us being a dev. Especially Harmattan has been discontinued for such a long time.

Is there actually any point in getting/keeping an N950 for development?
    This is a serious question.

I wasn't going to post the IMEI publicly (and I'm not the original owner anyway).

I think only if it's your hobby. But then you might as well just use an N9 for development.
One of the reasons why I wanted to get an N950 is personal interest, but I never found enough time to really get into development for this platform (the other reason is that it's a relic, as others mentioned above).

Btw. 2 days left from my N950 auction, so if anyone is interested, please bid here:
