Tried note 8 today an im note sure I like it. Pen was excellent but the formfactor and the plastic frame felt pretty cheap for a 1000 Euro/dollar/Sterling device.
Maybe I will learn to like it after price drop, but I doubt it.

No, I didn't. Mostly looking at the design and feel, played around with the pen and multitasking/double apps. Like the feature that you can bundle apps and launch them together.

I use 4 of them...2 VHF, 1 UHF, and a real sophisticated new one.
Have my operators license for them ...including my Marine and Aviation operators license as well to legitimately and properly talk with vessels and aircraft..
That linked "how to" is great for someone who wants to play around with walkies ...
