okay, first things first i dont know how to fix this
secondly
probably simmilar case to what i have going on in the thread "probably broke my n9" where i tried downgrade and broke the cmt while not bricking the device as a whole (only cmt-mcwsw wasnt flashing) side effect i would lose my imei if the simcard was inserted and the settings showed mobile network setting are not available, simcard error
suggestion ,first reboot phone without sim ->check imei->insert sim->check imei
second flash phone with approprite firmware(DO NOT ATTEMPT DOWNGRADE OR ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT CORROSPOND TO YOUR FIRMWARE CODE)
third post log
2:my n9 apps backup might come in handy plus the mega link has some fw files(even tough there are plenty of sources on the internet(i think)):http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=98844
I had this before on Symbian phones. I bought bad replace Batterys from Ebay. Quickly with this Batterys i became the SIM-Error. When i put the original Battery everything works fine.
Maybe your Battery doesnt give stable Voltage anymore?
