Edit: so I've discovered that it's just the lock screen that's locked up, but it can be swiped away to access other apps. So, my quick review of this build:
    • Lock screen is wonky
    • Bluetooth doesn't work (known issue of course)
    • Wifi doesn't work - in WLAN settings it just says "Networking is not available. Please restart device." Restarting did not help.
    • Haptics are barely perceptible
    • Camera doesn't work - just sits at a black screen
I'd like to test some other things but, without wifi, have no way to install anything.
The lockscreen does that when its waiting for ofono & ril-plugin to get the ok signal, and indeed everything else is sounding really broken.

I'd be tempted to reflash and try again on that one, everyone else seems to be having much better luck

    What about multiboot?
    Has someone tried?

It could be great to have both stock Android and Sailfish on the same device... at least for me.

Tried to write this this morning, but apparently something ate my post.

I had some issues with wlan completely disappearing which might be useful to mention here.

    - I first flashed m4r0v3r's original build (the mega.nz download), which worked as well as could be expected, including wlan
    - The only issue with that image was that it didn't have support for Jolla accounts or the store, so I then reflashed to the second image from the first post of this thread
    - To my surprise, wlan didn't work at all. During initial setup I got the prompt to select a wireless network, but it said that wlan was off and no matter how many times I tapped the button to switch it on, nothing happened.
    - After skipping setting up wifi, I found that the entire wlan device was just not there. Messages in dmesg seem to indicate that the wlan card just doesn't power up correctly anymore.
    - Rebooting doesn't help, re-flashing sfos doesn't help

After some investigation by #sailfishos-porters (Thank you sledges and vknecht!), it seems that the only workaround is to:
    - re-flash Android (I used the downgrade procedure from sailfishosmods.de to flash back to Marshmallow)
    - go through the setup procedure for Android and connect it to a wireless network (just discovered this: it doesn't work if you reboot before actually having connected to a network)
    - then switch off and flash sfos again

I thought it had something to do with my setup: I have the same network on both 2.4 and 5 GHz with different BSSIDs and hidden SSID. Only enabling the 2.4 GHz network does not seem to make a difference, I'll try unhiding the SSID when I next get some time to reflash.

Nope, don't worry about that yet. Seems Jolla and Sony are working together to update the flashtool for the 5121... unclear on 5122 (dual-sim) since Jolla has been pretty adamant about sticking to the 5121.

No no. Not at this time. Maybe later. In a year or two.

Hello guys! I flashed TWRP to the recovety image of my F5121. It doesn't work well, i can't mount emmc and microSD card and i would flash the jolla-recovery back. Where i can find this file to flash it with fastboot?

    Thanks, found it.
