My disk is in good shape. I reformatted a day or two ago cause some files got corrupted. My folder structure is like this: media/mmc1/music/artist/album/song.mp3

But, I do have a few that's like this media/mmc1/music/song.mp3 but those still don't show up either.

Marcelo,

Any progress on this yet?

Ok, for some reason now it grabs probably 30-40 songs when I updated it again. This is weird.

cLin : I think we found the problem. as I suspected, the Scanner had a bug, that made it break in certain conditions, so when it start scanning your media, something breaks it (a bug) and then you get tnothing. That's why people were getting music when choosing internal folders. We fixed in the latest build, and now we are rushing to deploy this update.

Keep you informed..

Thai : I think this will also solve your problem, but we need to open a diference setup for the 770 to support you. I added to the list, but is not on beta6

I meant no info at all : so Canola cannot set an album for the songs and so no album cover ...

Ah, I see,
well, default procedure (today 2 songs sent to me helped us find 3 bugs) send me the song? I will pass to Andrunko (he's taking care of compatibility) and he will do it asap.

Hi fredoll we already tested your song, we actually use a third party lib for this format, so if you can answer this questions :

1. did any other application on the device find all the information on your song? (specially the default media player ) ?
2. did it display correctly?

We will look a little further, but we don't know if we will be able to debug this library :/
