I just pulled my N800 from the charging cord and it hit the basement tile...hard as a rock. Face down. I did this by accident. I was very upset as I stared at it for a minute because I knew if I turned the unit over, I would be really pissed. To my surprise, My N800 is fully intact, no screen break, the camera popped out, no scuffs or scratches, the screen is still perfect (no screen protector) - All from a height of 36" on to hard tile (it was on my Yamaha DGX300 stand)

If this doesnt say something about the quality of the brand, I dont know what does.

My N800 suffered a tumbling fall from the in-car dash mount, bouncing screen-first off the edge of the seat adjustment lever.

Suffered a minor scratch across the Home hard button which isn't a big deal, but it also produced a noticable gouge in the screen in the lower-right corner. It's about 1/16" in length.
I thought for sure this would affect the touch-screen abilities since the system would think something was constantly pressing in that spot, but thankfully that doesn't seem to be the case.

I've had mine fall from on the top of a SUV (aprox. 6 ft) facedown onto gravel.
It has minor paint scratches, but other than that, nothing else wrong.

In fact, I'm typing this on my N800.
