It took me 2 seconds to receive an email to reset password and another few seconds to reset it. Look on spam mail box
Thank you deutch1976. I did check the spam folder, but I'm not getting any message. Weird. And the address is correct because if I try to create a new account using the same, it fails because the email address already has an account.

Try to contact their support page. I managed to reset my password in less than 30 seconds
They've been posting a lot on social media over the past week but still tight lipped about ship date or commitment to one.
Posts today said they're shipping "very soon" but God knows what that means.
