I never got thoes to work. It is pretty poor, but functional.

Thank you Cashmere! Your explanation worked perfectly for me. The PC to N800 video is pretty clear but the N800 to PC video is a bit grainy (more so than the camera's capability). Clearly the N800 processing power is responsible. Would be nice if we could drop the frame rate to get better picture quality...
