I know of three ways to find it:

1. I believe it is printed on a sticker underneath the battery
2. If you have osso-xterm installed, /sbin/ifconfig wlan0 will give it to you
3. If you have flashed with the 2006 Beta (this might work with the 2005 releases as well, I can't remember) open the Control Panel and click the Device icon. Then go to the About Product tab

EDIT: Shoot, beat me to it I'll leave mine as troubleshootr's doesn't mention the 3rd method which leads me to believe it wasn't available in the 2005 releases

A few ways,
In a terminal as root and while connected, type: ifconfig
Look for HWaddr xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
That's your MAC address.

Or you could just pull the battery and look for:
WLAN: xxxxxxxxxxxx for WiFi
and
BT: xxxxxxxxxxxx for Bluetooth
