scrapbook would be indeed great.
i tried httrack and it works on my nokia n800. there's only one problem i can't browse the base path to save websites to my memory card. can anyone help me with that? thanx in advance!

I also wanna know how to use httrack. A user guide would be useful...

It's probably not exactly the answer you're looking for but...

I can totally save webpages to .html using Konqueror web browser & then using KWord, I can open the html file and print to pdf or export to multiple formats. Or I can open the html file in FBReader or Konqueror again for offline viewing.

All of this is, of course, using Penquinbait's KDE install on my N810.

there's a documentation on the website of httrack.
on my windows computer it's no problem to change (browse) directory, but on my nokia n800 i can only press "refresh" button, no browsing. hmmmm.
