Hah, just came across this while going through Nokia's site, pretty sure it's just superimposed, but maybe they have some build of it for the N810. Wouldn't that be interesting to get your hands on?

You can run OS2007 on your N810 right now if you just unpack it and flash each piece individually.

What I was thinking is that they have an actual fiasco image for it, and that they may have planned on releasing the N810 before OS2008, originally. Just thought it was interesting they'd have a pic of it up.

Maybe they shot that before Skype was working on OS2008; or maybe the new themes weren't complete yet.

An interesting oddity to be sure.

The real answer is that it's superimposed, like Aisu said.

The moral is: never trust marketing pictures; they're done by people to make things look pretty, not show what's technically possible :-)
