Hi,
I tried to find a definitive answer, but couldn't. Is there a way to run the sd bus in high speed mode at 48 mhz on the n800 with os2008.

Umm, where did you look? The primary supplier of high speed SD/MMC kernels for OS2007 has kernel for OS2008 and discussed this issue too
http://intr.overt.org/blog/?p=67
OS2008 kernels on my site has this mode enabled too. The change is trivial see

) the main thing it effected speed wise is the speed my battery drained. I don't *think* it ever went into power save mode throughout the day of sitting on my desk idle. I then later recharged, left the house for a few hours (not using it) and again it is drained.
Semi-relevant question: Is there an unpatched kernel binary someone has out there somewhere that I could grab to reflash back?
flasher-3.0 -u -F firmwareimage.bin
I tried to find a definitive answer, but couldn't. Is there a way to run the sd bus in high speed mode at 48 mhz on the n800 with os2008. Or it isn't any more needed? Everything I found seems to be os2007 related...
Thank you.
