although we can use google talk on nokia 770, in fact there are few friends of mine use googletalk, and nearly all of them are acustomed to msn, so how can i port a msn on nokia 770?
or you can use an msn transport on a jabber account. I'm have a jabber account at jabber.org and I'm using the transport on jaim.at and it works great.

Set up your account on a computer using gajim or psi, so you can just log in with your 770 and it will just work. To login to a jabber account on the 770, just do the same thing you did for gtalk, but change the drop-down to "Jabber".
it may be a silly question, however, i know little about linux and how to install a software under linux, for example http://maemo-hackers.org/apt/
which document is used for installing ?

the idea with a debian based distro is to use application catalog(s) to install programs as described here: http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...ead.php?t=2148
Otherwise, you will find yourself lost in a nightmare of dependancy hell. post 6 in the thread describes how to add the maemo-hackers.org catalog.
Not silly at all :-) The installation files apparently ends on: .deb
I am just a simple user and am chatting away quit happily with msn friends. Download the GAIM Internet messenger from www.maemo.org in the Wiki application catalog. This is the direct link to the download page.
Save it to the rs-mmc card when promted. Go to the Application Installer in the control panel on the Nokia770 and press "install new" and point at the file and press "ok" or whatever it says.
The program is nice and easy to use and very stable.
