I don't want to get into the debate, but to answer the original question, n800 and n810 are manufactured in Korea; at least the pwb, the final assembly maybe in finland, i don't remember. But anyway nothing is done in China. 770 was done in Bochum iirc.

About the "made in ..." concept: it has been recently ruled out that clothes assembled in north africa can be labelled as "Made in Italy" since the design was actually italian. So the whole concept looks very relative and deceptive :-/

Well, I humblely disagree. The thing that plug into your ear is 100%, made, assembled, processed in China, a small new industrial area between Canton, China and HongKong SAR, China.

You are probably right, but i wasn't considering accessories. Otherwise you get even more weird combinations: one piece of the n810 car stand is made in Germany, the other in China.

The thing plugs in your ear, though rightfully called accessories, it does come with the whole purchcase and is NOT a separate buy. What is the point? Nay, I am just getting bored. Have a good day,
