I take my N810 absolutely everywhere. It's always in my pocket or purse or sitting next to me on the table. It's my right arm. My phone on the other hand, pretty much stays in my purse unless it's being charged.
So for me the answer is no - I don't want a smart phone. I like being able to leave my phone handy but I'm concerned I would be interrupted more often if it was always by my side.
Of course, this all depends on the individual's usage and I know some people live on their cell phones. Just not me
