I've tried to unstall the programms on my n800 but I couldn't do that.
When I download the programms from Maemo.org I get just file with the suffix *.install and when I run it in my n800 nothing occures.... can any body guides me to the right way of installing....

Apparently you are downloading the .install files using a different computer and then copying to your n800.
If you use the internet browser of your n800 and click on the link for the install file, a dialog should appear asking you if you want to launch the application manager. Answering "yes" should start the instalation (be patient, however, because first the .install is downloadad, then the app manager is launched, then a repository is added to your repositories list, then a list of available software is downloaded and updated in your tablet, and then finally the package is downloaded and installed). The whole process is automatic and you are only asked for confirmation if the package is not officially supported by Nokia.
