Another big one for me in the browser is there is no "open in new window" support. Some things do (often when I don't want), but when I'm using the RSS reader, it will overwrite the frontmost browser window.
Not sure if this is exactly what you're referring to, but if you tap and hold a link with your stylus, after a second or so a menu pops up. One of the first items is "Open link in new window".
