whenever i tryed to refresh it, it stucked at “downloading 1 kb”. reflash it doesn't solve the problem. here is the log, please help. l am posting this using the n800.

I always had similar problems on my n810 trying to refresh from the hildon app manager. What I have been doing that works 100% of the time (so far) is doing an 'apt-get update' (after executing 'sudo gainroot' of course) from the terminal, then loading up the hildon app manager to do installs/upgrades.
