When I saw this thing I went and download it right away. But when I got it...it was a disappointment. The calendar is nice and all, but still no repeating alarms. It's been grayed out, is there anything out there where I don't have to set the alarm everyday? Hmm...maybe they will have it in the future.

Wow, they finally made a release... Does it sync with evolution (or anything) yet?

Oh, and GPE-Calendar allows recurring timers (that actually make sound).

No, its features are still very 0.1. No recurrence or different event types. No sync (although you might be able to cook something up using EDS, I suppose).

Very nice UI though: the zoom from day view to month is nicely done and - most importantly - quick.

    Looks promising.

Don't forget the slash behind mistral

I liked this zoom in-out too, but if you insert an appointment that lasts only 15 min, it shows as a line. You should be able to read the text inside at least!
