I have tried all options on garnet vm but i can't seem to success to get garnet
access my files on the device or sd cards. I have a lot media on sd cards but
applications like pocket tunes or kinoma can't locate anything at all. Pocket
tunes showed volumes like palm and internal memory but i can't access these.
How do i locate this volumes or make garnet to find files & media on my sd
cards?

This seems to be a limitation of the current garnet vm beta. As far as I can tell it cannot see the SD cards (nor access BT as BT. Only indirectly, through BT networking). I think Access has a plan to improve on this though, as some of the missing features are mentioned in their whitepaper (but not currently implemented AFAIK).

That's why I wonder how people and Access offcourse highlight Pocket Tunes as an application compatiable with Garnet VM! AFAIK, pocket tunes can either play media on device (incl. cards) like MP3 etc and majorly streams music from the net. So I believe they only mean online streaminig partion of pocket tunes, not the whole application (!) for to be truly compatiable, it needs to play media on device too!

Thanks for the reply which saved me a lot of time - which otherwise I would have wasted in finding a 'non-existant" solution as to why Garnet could not find files on my device!

I've been installing Palm apps without hotsyncing by placing the .prc and .pdb files on my SD card and then using the GVM launcher and tapping "Install" button you can navigate to where you've put the files and select them there.

This works with most Palm applications.
