Trying this one now on the last bunch of VOB's I ran through the nero/converter process...

video quality 17 : 318K
framerate : original
audio quality 4 : 64k stereo
output dims : 318 x 180
sound : +51% (hope this means the volume's boosted...)
brightness/saturation/contrast : 0%
NO advanced options selected...

Speed of reported conversion 89fps (2.8G dual-core w/800Mhz bus and 1 Gig of main.)

BOOM!!

It used XviD... Tabby reports "Video codec not supported"

(At least it only took an hour... when will I learn to try a clip instead of the entire movie ???)
