Yes and no. If you touch and hold a file, and then slide your finger in the list, you can select multiple files in a row. However (someone correct me if I'm wrong), you can't select multiple files not in series (like the Ctrl-click combo in Windows).

Not on the N800, I don't believe so.
On the N810 however, shift-click and control click work perfectly

Is there a way to select multiple files in file manager and in other programs. With windows you can hold down the control key as you click on the files...is there a N800 equivalent method?
