i just got one today.. wife gonna use it..
her school page uses java. after search, i am unclear if any browser will work . it seems that i see that opera will?
forgive me, im stupid.

Her school page is more likely to use javascript, which is a different thing. The browser does work with javascript.

Both Opera (which was standard in ITOS2007, and may still be installed with great trouble) and Microb (optional in ITOS2007, and standard in OS2008) support Javascript. Neither supports Java; though Java applets can be run with Jalimo & GNU Classpath, this is not yet especially userfriendly.
