I've got the same behaviour as with Chinook - after start g_ether.ko and with LAN "adaptor" working on N810 (it has IP and so on) - I get Windows dialog telling "Found Linux RNDIS Gadget blahblah looking for drivers..."
and nothing happiness more
they say this worked in OS2007 but was broken in Chinook
looks like this was not fixed in Diablo
anybody was more lucky getting network over USB with Windows?
