So, it looks like you can use the Phonelink + Gnokii apps to allow you to use an n810 to both dial and dial and send sms over a tethered bluetooth phone.

Can you also read sms messages sent to you on the n810's screen or do you have to use the phone's screen to read them? Also, can you use the n810 to receive voice calls? It would be idea to be able to leave my phone in my pocket and use the n810 alone for both calling and both sending and receiving SMS. Is that possible?

AFAIK, this can only dial and send SMS, neither of which are logged on the phone.

it appears its only for nokia phones too
