    Any good applications that i can sync up with google calender without having to open my broswer?

    erminig and gpe calendar. you can find them in the repos.

    Sorry but the Wiki assumes that you are expert user. For GPE here is all the Wiki has to offer.

    This clearly does not tell the new user how to install GPE Calendar and get all the repos for it.

    If you use Diablo and enable the extras repo, gpe-calendar is installable through application manager - no complicated instructions needed. Likewise with erminig

    The GPE applications are now also available in the Download area: http://maemo.org/downloads/OS2008/. Search for GPE to find them all. For some reason they dropped out of the download area when chinook came out and I have only recently added them back in.

    mCalendar is also available in the Chinook Extra repository and should be available soon in Diablo extras.

    does mCalendar support Google Sync also ?
    I have been using GPE and one feature I like is the Desktop summary screen of GPE (GPESummary) which shows the events on your desktop ...
