I am looking for a bluetooth phone that will work with the N770 in the U.S. I want a phone capable of a high speed connection to the internet with the ability to browse through a bluetooth connection on the N770. I was hoping Verizon would work because they advertise wireless broadband service. However, Verizon disables most bluetooth capabilities in their phones. I have heard that the Motorola E815 can be hacked to use the full capability of bluetooth. Can anyone suggest the best phone & service to go with the N770?

if i could go with any carrier right now, it would be sprint. they have their new "power vision" service, which is EXTREMELY cheap. it's called EVDO everywhere else, but it's the same thing. looks like both the phones they offer with the service have bluetooth. i would assume they can be used with the 770, but i don't personally know.

the power vision site is at: <A HREF="http://powervision.sprint.com/home.html">http://powervision.sprint.com/home.html</A>
the cheapest plan is 29.99 for voice (200 anytime, unlimited nights/weekends) + 20.00 for unlimited data (and sms, tv etc). the data price is much lower than most carriers AFAIK.

Go for Nokia, to avoid obvious issues. I replaced my Nokia 6600 (Symbian) because the features like accessing the memory card was not possible. I have now a 3230 (also Symbian) which is fully compatible. For example you can view pictures that you take with the phone on your tablet. Provider info in the US I don't have, live in Brussels.

I believe once I get my N770 I will bring it in to a carrier store & see which phone & plan will work best. I hope to find a carrier with wide-spread, high-speed internet capabilities & a phone that will connect with N770 with all bluetooth capabilities.
