**Update** Got the plugin, rebooted and all, and I'm stuck in a loop. I can get to the screen where I click on 'Remote Control', but it always just takes me back to the LogMeIn.com login screen after I login to the actual host computer. Won't load up the control interface or whatever. Anyone successfully gotten this to work?
Hmm, are you on N800 or N810? Any red error messages on the HTML page?
I have successfully used this for about a week, it works pretty well, I have only had one or two times when I couldn't connect and that is probably more due to my flaky wireless router at home.
Now, maybe your client is forced to do the HTML version. After logging in into your computer, click 'preferences' on the LogMeIn html page (third menuitem on the lift, right after 'home' and 'remote control'), and there 'Remote Control Settings'. In this page you'll see the item 'Default Remote Control:' under the 'General' group. Try to set this to 'Mozilla'.
If still nothing, well, then I'm out of ideas, I suggest you to write to nokia-nseries-feedback@logmein.com . They're glad to help, really!
You're not using the plugin, but the automatic fallback option of logmein - the static html version of the client. (It is easy to tell: the dinamic plugin has a black toolbar at the top, the static version is grey).
If it is correctly installed (see application manager / show installed applications), please check if the plugin is enabled in your browser: menu / tools / components: there should be shockwave flash, default plugin, and logmein.
Success.
I had tried to change the "default remote control". The culprit was the "flashblock port for MicroB" component that I have installed. As soon as I disabled the component, logmein gave me the advanced controls.
Thanks for the help - I'll send them a mail about the problem, as it seems the two components shouldn't collide.
Since we end up giving logmein our password, does this not mean, in effect, logmein now has access to everyone's computers since they have all those passwords?
