hey,

i used rdesktop for a long time on my nokia 770 with 2007 HE without any problems.

a few weeks ago i bought the nokia n810, i installed rdesktop
when i start the program there are no problems.
after put in my IP username password and domain i press ok/start

every time, after press ok/start rdesktop shut down

could anybody tell me what to do?
excuses for my bad english i'm from the Netherlands and try to write as good as possible english.

I had the same problem I had to open it and it shuts down about 3 times before it would work

I had similar problems, it seems that it requires an active internet connection. I found that streaming internet radio made it work for me.
However, after upgrading firmeware to diabalo, rdesktop works first time everytime.

I have the same issue. But running Internet Radio while opening up rdesktop works

Try using my pyRdesktop, linked in my profile. I've had problems with the frontend in extras, but my gui works everytime for me. Note that you must have saved your settings in rdesktop before you can use the current version of my ftontend, but other than that, it should work fine.

If you run rdesktop from x term as "rdesktop --sync" I find it works all the time. But if for some reason it still won't the terminal will display the reason why.
