AFAICT, Nokia's onscreen keyboards are actually closed source, and thus the SCIM for Maemo project can't modify them to work with SCIM. Pretty disappointing, huh?

also, i want to input chinese via scim(part of maemo-CJK), but i don't want to use matchbox because the keys are too small for my finger, anyone knows how to replace the matchbox-keyboard with the original virtual keyboard or any other full-screen virtual keyboard?
