Not really great look though...comes of looking a bit fragile.

    It felt pretty solid.
Based on an existing X5 PMP design they have.
    HSDPA and GPS inside too.
    Linux/XP variants.
    I liked it a lot.

    Detailed pics here.

I have been looking at this, and I must say that it looks pretty friggin sweet. If I could grab one of these for like 5-600 it would easily replace my n800. I, personally, would love to have a full desktop OS in a pocketable device but with the n800's specs it would be difficult. Not to mention the ARM processor... But with 1.3Ghz? GEEZ! Add in the 40GB of HD space and this thing is a monster. Another think that really bugs me about my tablet is the battery life sucks. If this really gets 5-6 hours, then that would be amazing. I don't know, maybe it's just me. But how can you argue with it's specs? The only thing I would prefer would be a SSD over an HD, even though you would lose capacity. The hard drive will probably keep the price down, thouh. Oh, and it's be REALLY nice if it came wiith at least one full sized SD card slot. I wish more companies would make full sized slots.

Hm. According to those pages (and this page), the only one that has a linux option is the X70. Too bad, I would have liked to see the S7 with some Ubuntu variant on it.

6 hours of movie playback with a atom chip, pretty interesting, too bad it comes with Windows .
