    FYI Newegg do 'eg saver' shipping for one card for $3.99. So total shipped is $31.

    That's because they make 4gb miniSDHC, NOT miniSD

    note that the picture has an arrow in the upper right hand corner the one I got has a circle with a 4 inside.

    And it seems to work fine.

    According to the web site posted by gemniii42 it is likely genuine. I bought three of these from Meritline and they have been fine.

    The guy at Kingston said the following about the Focalprice 8gb card:
    "The miniSD card that this vendor has displayed on their website is actually a 1GB miniSD card. Kingston does not have a 1GB miniSD card because this product has become discontinued."

    Somewhat contradictory I think.

    Strangely I could not find any miniSD/SDHC cards with the search I did on their site. This page appeared to show all their 'mobile' cards:

    If you look for price info on the 4gb miniSDHC card you get the following:

    We're sorry The part you selected, , is not attached to any particular system. It's possible that the part has been discontinued or the part number you entered was typed in incorrectly.

    So who knows?

    Meritline is offering an 8Gb microSDHC for $27.99 shipped. If you have a micro to mini adapter then this is possibly the best 8Gb price today.

    DealExtreme have a micro to mini adapter for $1.13 shipped. (be aware that it takes a couple of weeks or more to recieve items from them)

    You might also consider their USB to coax plug for charging N810:

    And their micro USB to std USB cable:

    I too had a heck of a time finding that page, they are probably discontinued, that happens when I buy stuff.

    Yeah, and dfinch found an 8gb minisd. That's odd honestly, because it wasn't long after I got the n810 (a couple months ago) that I went looking and all I ever found was 2gb maximum in a minisd format. I couldn't find a single sliver of MiniSD SDHC anything. And believe me, I looked.

    But since a lot of my stuff was already running on either SD or MicroSD, and the n810 was the only device I had that requried MiniSD, I decided that it wasn't worth having a card around that only worked in one device. So I got a Micro to MiniSD adapter and just called it good. Especially since I could get 8gb MicroSD SDHC cards pretty readily.

    Speaking of which, I need to locate a couple 16gb and 32gb MicroSD cards too. ^_^;;
