there was never a fiasco image for 30-2. if you want a clean install reflash 23-4 and then upgrade via app manager before restoring any applications or settings

Yes, prk60091 is correct. Due to 30-2's somewhat out-of-procedure release, there hasn't been a FIASCO image packaged for it yet (notice, also, that none of the sources for it have been released either :/).
It doesn't bode particularly well for Nokia's future handling of small-scale point releases. I'm hoping they'll manage to pull their heads out of their asses and thing straight on these things, but I can only imagine that'll take some time.
